Most of the universities in India offer a graduation degree (BA) with Geography as a subject (Often Geography as the major subject in the third year). When it comes to Delhi University, you get an honors degree (Bachelors) in Geography. Presently, 11 colleges offer this degree of which, KMC, Miranda House, Shivaji College have the best departments. As far as KMC is concerned, you have a good name of the college whereas the faculty at Shivaji College is excellent. Shaheed BhagatSingh (morning and evening), Ambedkar College, Swami Shraddhanand are the other ones in the University. Honestly speaking, for an undergraduation degree, either

They are Kirori Mal College (KMC), Miranda House, Dyal Singh College, Kamala Nehru College, Bhagat Singh College (morning), Bhagat Singh College (evening), Shivaji College, Aditi Mahavidyalaya, B R Ambedkar College and Swami Shraddhanand College but we can't judge between them because every college has some pros and cons. You just need yo visit UCAS website to find deadlines and documents etc. For USA you have to take the TOEFL instead of IELTS and very importantly the SAT must be taken. For application check the Common App. To study in Japan check the website called JASSO. It is not possible to mention everything here, based on the information I gave please check the

Hi Aman, different universities have different requirements. German universities are very competitive, you have to be academically strong, have publications and demonstrate research work or potential etc. Visit the DAAD website for requirements and take the IELTS .I will recommend German language too.

The B.A Geography course will be mainly focusing on human geography; it focuses on developments, populations, political and sociology aspects. The B.Sc Geography is a Physical Geography; it focuses on rivers, rocks, coasts, glaciations, mountains etc. Mostly the B.A Geography is easier than a B.Sc Geography course. The B.Sc Geography trained students towards physical and natural science aspects of geography. The B.A Geography students will be trained in the social sciences and humanities. The above given are the main difference between the two courses.
