Andhra University (AU) offers degree, Diploma, and certificate courses to candidates at UG, PG, and Ph.D. levels. Courses offered are in the streams of Humanities & Social Sciences, Accounting & Commerce, Mass Communication & Media, Teaching & Education, Arts (Fine/ Visual/ Performing), Business & Management Studies, Law, Hospitality & Travel, Engineering, IT & Software, Science, and Medicine & Health Sciences.Minimum Eligibility Criteria for UG and PG courses:
Candidates who have cleared Class XII with the minimum prescribed percentage of marks fulfil AU eligibility criteria for UG course admissions. Most of the universities in India offer a graduation degree (BA) with Geography as a subject (Often Geography as the major subject in the third year). When it comes to Delhi University, you get an honors degree (Bachelors) in Geography. Presently, 11 colleges offer this degree of which, KMC, Miranda House, Shivaji College have the best departments. As far as KMC is concerned, you have a good name of the college whereas the faculty at Shivaji College is excellent. Shaheed BhagatSingh (morning and evening), Ambedkar College, Swami Shraddhanand are the other ones in the University. Honestly speaking, for an undergraduation degree, either I don't know any better colleges across the country or there arent any offering such a specialised degree.

There are almost 10 colleges in the University of Delhi which offers BA Geography Hons. They are Kirori Mal College (KMC), Miranda House, Dyal Singh College, Kamala Nehru College, Bhagat Singh College (morning), Bhagat Singh College (evening), Shivaji College, Aditi Mahavidyalaya, B R Ambedkar College and Swami Shraddhanand College but we can't judge between them because every college has some pros and cons. In KiroriMal and Miranda college, the cut-off is very high to get admission but in Bhagat Singh, you may find some good faculties for geography. So it all depends on you that on what parameters you compare the colleges. Hope this helps.
