Amity University, Ranchi provides various courses in law and engineering domains as its well-known for its Law and Management courses along with Engineering courses. Most common courses offered in Amity University, Ranchi for law are LLB and BA LLB. The main criteria to apply for PULAT for admission BA LLB have been mentioned below:
- Pre-University/ Higher Secondary/ 10+2 Examination Pass form recognised Board with minimum of 45% in aggregate ( 40% in case of candidates belonging to Reserved Category)
- Appeared for CLAT/LSAT-India/PULAT ( Presidency University Law Admission Test)
- The maximum age limit for candidates is 20 years as on the first day of July of the year of admission (22 years in case of candidates belonging to Reserved Category

A pass in Class 12 with a minimum of 45% aggregate in Arts/ Science/ Commerce stream from a school recognised by CBSE, ISC, state boards, IB, Cambridge, and other govt. recognised boards is required to apply for JGLS BA LLB (Hons) course. Aspirants must hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification at later stages of admission.

The current year is 2023, and you passed your 10+2 in 2014. This means that it has been more than 5 years since you passed your 10+2. The minimum eligibility criteria for BA LLB is that you must have passed your 10+2 within the last 5 years.
