Candidates who wish to pursue BA LLB at NLU Assam must have obtained a minimum of 45% in class 12 exam. The basic eligibility criteria for admission to LLB is that the candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with above mentioned marks from any recognised board/council. Candidates who may be appearing for their qualifying examination in March/ April, 2024 are also eligible to appear. Candidate must submit result of the qualifying examination (i.e., 10+2) at the time of admission, failing which the candidate shall be ineligible for admission. Further the entrance exam for admission to NLU is CLAT.

Candidates who have completed Twelve years of school education equivalent from a recognised Indian/ Foreign educational institution with 45% marks ( 42% for SC/ST students of Karnataka region) or Equivalent CGPA, are eligible for BA LLB programme at Kristu Jayanti College. Further, candidates may also have to fill the online application form and appear for the interview/counseling.

The eligibility criteria for the BA LLB Hons course at Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, Lucknow (NLU Lucknow) are as follows :

The eligibility criteria for the B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) program at Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University (DSNLU) is that the candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with a minimum of 45% marks for Unreserved/OBC/SAP categories, and 40% marks for SC/ST categories.
