Yes if you have completed 12 with any stream you are eligible for B.A. LL.B. If you want to get into NLUs you need to give CLAT else you can pursue B.A. LL.B. From any university without enteranve.

You will be a law graduate after completion of your degree and definitely you will be covering most of the polity syllabus in advance it means you are almost 15% to 20% syllabus is done.
