Yes, you can get admission in singhad University. You should apply for this college. If not in first round, you will get a seat in second round for sure.

The eligibility is Bachelor degree of Guru Nanak Dev University or a degree recognised as equivalent with at least 45% marks in aggregate (40% for SC/ST).
Note :

The aggregate of 50% in board exam is required for admission in Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies. From this session, the admission will be done by a common counseling done on the basis of rank scored in CLAT exam. Give CLAT positively.

You are not eligible till you have cleared your all subjects in your class 12th. It is very obvious that you will not be able to get admission on the basis of your class 12th marks. So, clear that first and then proceed. All the best.

Yes, you need to appear for the entrance test. They take admission only on the basis of rank obtained in the entrance. Otherwise, you will get admission via management quota, where fees is higher than normal.
