Candidates need to pass Class 12 of CBSE or equivalent with at least 50% aggregate and must have English as a subject to apply for GIBS Delhi BA LLB (Hons) programme. The aggregate of 50% in Class 12 for the purpose of eligibility is taken as the aggregate of best of four subjects including English and compulsory subjects, if any.

Candidates willing to get admission to BA LLB at MJRPU are required to meet the eligibility requirements. In order to be eligible, candidates must have qualified Class 12 with a minimum of 45% from any recognised national or state board. MJRPU only considers eligible candidates for admissions.

Candidates who wish to opt for the BA LLB (Hons) offered at KIIT School of Law are required to meet the eligibility criteria as prescribed by the institute. Aspirants who have passed Class 12 or equivalent examination from a recognised board with a minimum of 45% aggregate are eligible.
