B.A LLB Eligibility

Candidates who have passed PUC/ HSC/ Class 12 or equivalent exam with at least 45% aggregate (40% aggregate for SC/ ST and 42% for OBC students) are eligible to apply for BA LLB (Hons) programme at School of Legal Studies, CMR University. Aspirants must hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification at the time of admission.

Eligibility For Dr. D.Y Patil Law College BA LLB Admission 2023. Candidates must have graduated with 10+2 with at least 45% (45% in the case of candidates of reserved categories) of the marks for the admission courses at D.Y Patil University, Kasarwadi, Pune from an accepted board. Candidates may need to clear Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MH CET) for Law and obtain a valid non-zero score.

Aspirants must complete Class 12 or equivalent exam with at least 45% aggregate to apply for KIIT School of Law BA LLB (Hons) programme. There is relaxation in the aggregate for SC, ST and OBC candidates. OBC aspirants need to secure at least 42% aggregate in Class 12 whereas, it is 40% for SC/ ST candidates. One must hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification process.

Candidates who have passed Class 12/ PUC or equivalent examination with at least 45% aggregate (43% aggregate for OBC and 40% aggregate for SC/ ST) are eligible to apply for RILS Bangalore BA LLB programme. Aspirants must also hold a valid score in any of the accepted entrance exams for admission. The institute considers CLAT, LSAT India, AILET or RILS Entrance Test scores for admission.

Intreseted applicants who are willing to apply for the BBA LLB (Hons) at KIIT School of Law are required to meet the eligibility criteria as prescribed by the institute. Candidates must have qualified with an aggregate of minimum 45% aggregate in Class 12 from a recognised board. Also, candidates needs to appear for the KIIT Entrance Examination, which is more commonly referred to as KIITEE, and be suitably good for the law studies. The selection is competitive; therefore, performance in the KIITEE would be essential to secure a place in the programme.

Amity University Gwalior BA LLB (H) eligibility criteria require candidates to have passed Class 12 with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Students of all streams are eligible to apply for the course. Those who are awaiting the results are also eligible. However, if selected, they are granted provisional admission until the release of results. 

Candidates need to pass Class 12 with at least 50% aggregate to apply for IILM University Gurgaon BA LLB (Hons) programme. Besides, aspirants must pass CLAT or CUET for admission to the course. Aspirants who have not appeared for any of the accepted entrance exams can appear for the admission test conducted by the university.

Candidates need to pass Class 12 of CBSE or equivalent with at least 50% aggregate and must have English as a subject to apply for GIBS Delhi BA LLB (Hons) programme. The aggregate of 50% in Class 12 for the purpose of eligibility is taken as the aggregate of best of four subjects including English and compulsory subjects, if any.
