The minimum eligibility for BA LLB (Hons) at SOL, Presidency University, Bangalore is passing Class 12 or its equivalent examination from a recognised board with a minimum of 45% aggregate (40% for SC/ ST candidates). The maximum age limit for a candidate is 20 years as on July 1 of that year (22 years for SC/ ST candidates). The selection criteria is entrance based with the institute accepting CLAT csores for the same.

The minimum eligibility for BBA LLB at Kirit P. Mehta School of Law, NMIMS, Mumbai is passing Class 12 from a recognised Board / University with a minimum of 50% aggregate score. The selection criteria is entrance based with teh institute accepting NMIMS LAT / CLAT/ LSAT scores for the same.

The eligibility criteria for the STSS is only applicable for VITSOL, Chennai BA LLB (Hons) students who have a total family income of less than INR 1.5 Lacs per annum.
Only one candidate will be selected from each state under the STSS at VITSOL, Chennai. If the candidate is selected, they will be called for an interview round with the VIT management team before final selection.
