Develop the skills- Having just a degree in hand will serve you no good in this field and you will have to keep your shoulder to the wheel to be in a recognised position. Also, this is not a one time process as there is scope for development at every stage. So if someone desires to work after BA Hindi, they need to figure out their key skills, master them and then move further.
Build a strong resume- Only a good resume will make you stand out of the crowd and this will be possible only when you have certain qualifications and skills. So work on that and build your resume focusing on the qualities required as a language student.
Grow your network- Network plays an important role if you wish to land up to your favourite job. Build strong connections with people of your field and liking and following them. This will help you learn more about the requirements and oftentimes lead you to your desired opportunity.
Go for internships- Having knowledge is a different thing and implementing that knowledge is an entirely different thing. When we apply the things in practical life that we learned in schools or colleges will help us find out weaknesses and thus provide us a chance to be better at them. I assume you're a fresher in the industry. Your degree does not decide how much money you'll earn. It's the skills and potential an employer seeks in a candidate.

Though graduates in India generally get a fresher's package of around INR 3 - 5 LPA in any industry, if you have extraordinary skills, talent, or industry-relevant experience, you can get your desired package as well.

Hi, there are only 7 distance BA colleges in West Bengal of which 2 colleges are owned privately and 1 college is owned by the government. Admission to majority of these colleges are done on merit basis.
