You do not qualify based on eligibility criteria of the AFCAT exam. So you cannot apply for the same. For applying to the AFCAT exam, the minimum percentage of marks in 12th with Physics and Mathematics as mandatory subjects is 50%. You should have a graduation degree from a recognised university for the Ground Duty branch with at least 60% marks. Your qualification being only a BA, in subjects not required for your interest, you do not meet this criterion.
