Yes, the institute offers a full-time BA in Journalism and Mass Communication for a three-year duration. Candidates must have passed Class 12 in any stream to apply for BA programme. The selection for BA is based on merit in the last qualifying exam. Aspirants with SAT score can also apply for Chitkara School of Mass Communication BA.

Manipur University accepts CUET for only two UG programmes: BA in Korean and BEd. Further, the university only offeres three BA course, i.e., Korean language, Dance, and Music. Candidates who wants to apply for the mentioned course can apply directly to MU except for BA in Korean. Thereofore students can  join Manipur University BA programme without CUET.

BA (Hons) in Korean Language,  BA in Dance, and BA in Music, are the three BA specialisations offered at Manipur University's main campus. However, there are multiple BA specialisations offered via the affiliated across the state of Manipur. Some of them are as follows:

Manipur University cutoff for UG courses, including BEd and BA Korean is based on CUET UG scores followed by round-wise counselling. As per cutoff 2022, the closing scores after rounds of counselling, stood at 133 for B.A. in Korean for the General Category candidates from All India Quota. 

Manipur University offers BA in Korean language at UG level. The programme lasts for three years and is spread across six semester. Each semester contains four papers with seven major courses. Candidates can find below the subjects offered in the first semester of BA in Korean at MU:

Manipur University offers the BA course via its main campus and its affiliated colleges. The programme is offered in a full-time mode and lasts for three years. Most of the major BA specialisations such as English, History, Geography, etc., are offered via the affiliated colleges and the total number of seats reserved for the BA course at these colleges is 49425. Candidates must visit the official website of the affiliated colleges or Manipur University to apply for the BA course.

Step 1.2: Now select the BSc from the lists of UG courses offered.

To get admission in Manipur University BA course candidates must first have a valid qualification for the course. The common eligibility criteria for the BA course is Class 12 from a recognised board. Candidates must also have CUET scores for admission to the BA course at Manipur University.
