Hi, you need to submit your NATA scorecard to the regional counseling authority KEAM who will announce a rank list based on NATA scores received by them. After which counseling process will go on and colleges will be selected by the candidate.

Admission is through counselling conducted by Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra based on marks obtained in 10+2/ Diploma and score obtained in National Aptitude Test in Architecture(NATA).
Selection parameter and weightages:

Friend your JEE Main rank is good but due to your 12th marks you will not be able to get NITs or IITs. But you can get government colleges in your state or in India or can go for private colleges also.
