Candidates seeking admission to the TSAP - Thakur School of Architecture and Planning BArch course are required to meet the course-specific eligibility criteria in the first place. As per the admission rules, students aiming to pursue BArch course must have completed Class 12 from any recognised board with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with either Chemistry or Biology or another relevant subject with at least 45% marks. Other than this, students who have completed a Diploma course with Mathematics as a compulsory subject and at least 45% marks are also eligible to apply.

To be eligible for admission to BArch course vua UPTAC counselling, candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination and obtained at least 50% marks in aggregate in Physics,  Chemistry & Mathematics and also at least 50% marks in aggregate of 10+2 level examination.

Passed 10+3 Diploma obtained at least 50% marks in aggregate.

The eligibility criteria for B.Arch MARG Institute of design and architecture Swarnabhoomi is very simple because it only required you to have clear 12 with minimum 60% physics chemistry and maths. It is very necessary to clear NATA to be eligible for the admission.

Yes, with 84% in CBSE 12th and 191 in JEE Paper 2, you are eligible to apply for admission in B.Arch at most recognized institutions, including LPU. As per the Council of Architecture (CoA) guidelines, eligibility requires a minimum of 50% in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics and a valid score in either NATA or JEE Main Paper 2. Since you didn't appear for NATA but scored 191 in JEE Paper 2, your JEE score fulfills the entrance requirement. You can apply to architecture programs that accept JEE Paper 2 scores, including those at LPU and other approved colleges.
