Chandigarh College of Architecture BArch cutoff 2025 has been released on the basis of candidates' performance in the JEE Main exam followed by JAC Chandigarh counselling process. The cutoff was released for different categories belonging to the All India as well as Home State quota. Among the General AI category candidates, the cutoff rank for admission to the BArch course was 216. Among the General Home State category candidates, the cutoff rank for BArch admission was closed at 2131. Yes you can do B.Arch via online mode Because some colleges and platform provide online mode of B.Arch degree in which they cover all information about the B.Arch
IGNOU offers the online course for B.Arch
Jamia Millia Islamia also provide the online course for B.Arch students

If you had Maths with Biology in 12th, you can do B.Arch.
If you had only Biology without Maths, you cannot do B.Arch.

In order to receive admission in B.Arch in NIT Trichy, you need to secure 75% marks in your board exams in class 12th if you are a general category student. For SC/ST students, it is 65%. An alternative is also being in the top 20 percentile in your board. You need to have Mathematics as a subject in 12th and also clear JEE Main Paper 2 and JoSAA counselling for seat allotment.

Yes, K.S Group of Institutions does offer BArch course in full-time mode. The course is offered for a duration of four years which are divided into eight semesters of six months each. The School of Architecture, CMR University offers BArch programme for a duration of 5 years. Candidates that have acquired a minimum aggregate of 50% or more in Class 12 and have appeared for entrance exams such as NATA, CRMUAT are eligible to apply for BArch programme at the School of Architecture, CMR University.

School of Architecture, CMR University offers admission to the BArch course based on the merit obtained in the qualifying exam, and the scores acquired in the entrance exam (NATA, CMRUAT). School of Architecture has specified a minimum aggregate of 50% to be eligible to apply for BArch. Candidates with 85% have a good chance at getting admission to the SOA.
