To get admission in IPU, first you have to apply for the entrance exam. After clearing that exam, you have to appear for the counseling and then you can finally get the B.Com honors.

Mathematics is essential for B.Com honors from DU. You will not be eligible if you have not studied Maths in class 12th. You might be eligible for B.Com pass if you are not from mathematics background.

Yes, if you want to take admission in DU then you can just apply and wait for B.Com course it solely depends on the mark that you have secured in your +2 and hence every things matter in the merit list. Whereas in BBA at DU you need to appear for JAT exam.
Best of luck.

Hi, Mathematics isn't necessary to do B.Com but it is certainly required to pursue B.Com Honors as per Delhi University rules. You may take a chance and go for the admission but they will/should look out for Mathematics in your mark sheet.
All the best!
