According to the ICFAI University Mizoram placement report 2023, the the highest domestic package bagged by the students stood at INR 6.75 LPA. Moreover, the highest international package for 2023 stood at INR 9.32 LPA. Top recruiters who participated in the drive include Axis Bank, Genpact, SBI, and more.

The official placement report for BCom 2025 at MCNUJC, Bhopal has not been announced yet. However, student reviews on Shiksha show that top companies were TCS, Indigo, Magnum, IDFC Bank, HDFC Bank, and Axis Bank. Also, around 50-70% of students have secured internships at places like TCS and Hexaware, with common job roles being company executive, HR, sales manager, and accountant.

As per the student review, various top companies, such as Amazon, TCS, and Accenture, participate in the university's placement drives. The highest salary package during recent years was INR 44 LPA and was offered by Amazon. The reviewer commented the placement rate was approximately 90% -92%.
