Hi Nitesh,
Here is the eligibility for this course:-
Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc) with minimum 50% marks. However, whenever stipulation by MHRD/UGC/Statutory Authority is higher than 50% the stipulated % shall be followed B.Sc final year appeared candidates may also apply provided they have obtained at least 50% aggregate marks in I & II- year B.Sc exam.
Candidates should not hold any other job during the period of training, or join any other training program

There is a dedicated B.Com faculty which gives B.Com (Hons) degree with Aligarh Muslim University affiliation and Logo on it.
There is no need to worry.

No, I am sorry that you are not eligible for B.Com in DU. But you may try for another course in DU SOL.

For a general candidate, it seems difficult but you can go through to the below-given link of DU cut-off for 2017, you'll get some idea of 2018 cut-off:

Both B.Com professional course and RBI exam have equal importance at there places. It depends on what you want to do further and in which field you are interested in. If you have interest in banking field then for sure you must go for RBI exam and if you want to complete your degree first then you may go for B.Com. As per the priority, RBI exam is a preferable choice.
