B.Com is Bachelor of Commerce which gives you an overview of commerce field, whereas, B.Com (Hons) is the in-depth study of a subject related to commerce field.

NO, PU-CET (UG) does not apply to B.Com. The admission in B.Com is on the basis of 12th standard marks.

Yes, there is no such bound that you can't do, but the thing is, it will be not easy to complete the two degree courses. I will suggest you to complete one degree first.

10% of weightage during your entire profile evaluation is given to your past academic record. So yes, these marks will matter but more importance is given to your entrance exam marks and GD-PI.
The last date for application is April 20, 2018. I think you should go ahead and apply. All the best.

Every year of B.Com has 2 semesters. That means entire, in B.Com, there will be 6 semesters. In it, all the courses and subjects are divided into 6 semesters and according to the semester, examinations are conducted.
