Yes, a Science student can opt for B.Com or BA, but not vice versa. You can take admission in any of the college. There is no any specific criteria for it.

For doing MBA, you should have scored 50% in graduation as you have less than 50% marks, you cannot do it in regular mode, but you can do the same through distance education mode or via online.

Eligibility will depend on your MHCET scores along with your graduation marks, if you are considering MMS as option. For PGDM, there is no fix criteria for getting admission, each college has its own selection process.

But if you take admission in a college located at in your hometown, you will enjoy the campus life without concentrating on studies. You won't be able to give much thought to your career.
