No, you can't get admission with this percentage.
However, from SOL, DU, it is possible.

Is math compulsory in class 12th for admission in DU? How much percentage is required for B.Com(Hons.)?

Yes, it is compulsory to have Maths in 12th and have passed in the subject to be eligible for the honours course. Maths isn't compulsory for the BCom programme. General category requires around a minimum of 97%.

I would suggest you to try some other colleges for instance
1) Goenka College.
2) St. Xavier's College, Kolkata.
3) Sri Shikshayatan College.
4) Shivnath Shastri College.
5) Heritage College etc.

Yes, you can get admission ignoring about marks and focusing on admission through entrance or cut off lists which vary.

You have to get 98+ percentile to get a call from FMS.

Yes, it is possible, you need a gap certificate of 2 years in which you give a proper reason for gap.

The cut off too is high for B.Com f&a. It is around 90% for General Merit, 75% for SC/ST and for Christian Catholic it is easy to get admission with 60% as Christ University is a Christian minority College. For BBA you need to give an Entrance Exam by the college and 75% in Class 12 would be enough
