For B.Com (Hons.), you need to have maths as a subject in 12th. Maths calculation would be easy if one is aware of the formula. Its all about formula. But some universities offer admission to even to the students who do not have maths in 12th.

Hi Abid,
Following are some of the major differences between both the courses:
1. The students pursuing B.Com will have a study programme that will have the overview of all the subjects in the course field. The subjects taught to students in both these programs will be same. But, those pursuing a degree in B.Com won't be able to specialize in a specific subject unlike those pursuing the degree of B.Com (Hons). Final year students of the B.Com (Hons) programme can chose to specialize in a particular subject like that of accounting, finance, economics etc.
