Yes, Chandigarh University is a good option to pursue CSE. It has a great infrastructure and great faculty members. It has high class facilities full Wi-Fi campus. Moreover, it has wonderful placements, 400 companies visited campus this year.

Yes, you are eligible to study B.Com. But, somewhere you'll get problems about basics of commerce as it I cleared in +1and +2. But, if you give some extra time and put enough efforts then it'll be easier for you.
