It depends in which university you are studying. If it is Mumbai University then you have to clear at least 4 papers out of 6. If you are from any of the universities in Tamil Nadu then you are allowed to move in the next year and can clear your previous year's paper later.

You can simply apply for MBA in human resource, but choose for good college for your Masters, like IIMs, IIFT,XLR, etc. I also go for the entrance exams which all these institutes conduct every year. You can prepare for CAT, XAT, IIFT, CMAT etc. It will surely help you to get better college.
Good luck for your future.

Hi,
If you want to make your career in the banking field then you should go for B.Com, but if you want to do MBA then BBA is the best option because BBA without MBA is useless. BBA can't give you a job.
Good luck.

Hi Anu,
You can look for a Bachelor's degree courses ideally but you may also check advanced diploma programs. Commerce students ideally opt for courses related to finance, banking, accounts etc. Since you have a three year Bachelor degree course you won't be eligible to apply to many universities as they ask for 4 year degree courses. However you can apply to universities like TRU and VIU and also colleges like Humber, Durham etc for PG Diploma or Graduate Certificate programs in Finance, Accounts etc. See here:
