You need to calculate your best 4 subject i.e. the top 4 subject in which you have highest mark. Since you have not done your 12th in biology, physics and chemistry and neither in commerce, so you have to add 2.5% as penalty for cut off. That means if a college has cut off of 96 percent for 12th commerce, for science the cut off is 98.5 percent.
