Dear,
You need to apply for lateral admission for 2nd year admission if the same programme and for that you need to check the admission process in particular university for the eligibility and process too.
For lateral admission, some universities prefer only regular mode students and some do offer admission for distance mode students and for that, your academic record will be counted.

Dear,
After your Master degree in particular domain through regular mode, the only thing that matters is your knowledge communication skills, IQ level and understanding towards new thing in the professional life.
It only matters how you utilise your time while your Bachelor degree through distance mode whether you obtained professional experience or you did extra certification which would help you in the future.
