Its very hard to predict job related matters. You need to look for companies hiring a B.Com graduate. Without a Masters and work experience, obtaining job (forget about high salary) is next to impossible nowadays. Options will be limited. Please refer to job portals and find out for profile requirements. You may find one where you can fit in.

In both, you will start studying from the basics which are taught in class 12th.
You can also do MBA after B.Com.
BBA+MBA is an another option.
