no they are not at all same.
bcom(honors) is a professional degree whereas bcom is not any professional degree.nowadays honors is demanded and given preference more than bcom

subjects differ from university to university and it also keeps on changing if necessary.but there are few common subjects that you will be studying in first yr like accounting , maths, economic , marketing, management, tax etc
