both are graduation degree.focus master degree.
so nw if your family condition gd then must go bba. since your future master degree takes a lot of money.
if your family condition avg.then must go bcom.remember 60% no is must in graduation.in bba scoring too easy in bcom hard.

As your percentage is low it is difficult for you to get admission Abroad. You can take up one year pre masters program and the proceed further studies. Even Singapore and UK many colleges offering this.
It is not that high percentage students do well Abroad. In my experience many high percentage students not able to cope up with Abroad studies. This is because Abroad studies are more practical and not mug up and write the exam.
You can do well if you understand and adapt to that system of stydy
