Dear Hazik,
Choice out of these two courses after B.Com solely depends on your interest that if you want to master in your specialization you can go for M.Com or if you want to enter in manegerial sector you can go for MBA. However my suggestion would be MBA as it would give you more opportunitiesto grab than M.Com. For MBA the selection of university matters so check for the placement records and rankings before admission. Suggested universities -

Hey Sumit,
There are multiple colleges available in Delhi and if you are eligible you can take admission in any of them. However only a few out of them are good to give a shot for 3 years. I suggest you can visit - Delhi University. However going outside Delhi can get you multiple benefits like exposure and scholarships. Suggested universities -

BCom degree holders from reputed DU colleges are able to get salary between Rs 4 to Rs 8 Lakhs per year in campus placement. However percentage of sudents getting jobs in campus placement is low. You will able to get jobs in the range of Rs 2 to 3 Lakh per annum in Non campus jobs.
