If you want to enhance the skills for Finance and Accounts area then you can think of following courses for short term certification and For long term other courses. But if you have time in hand then please concentrate on Good Courses like CA, CMA and CS which are the top courses in Commerce area.

Please note that since your long term goal is to pursue MBA so in that case you may consider pursuing any course at graduate level as in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be GRADUATE in ANY FIELD with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
However for better career prospects and to increase your chances of getting admission in good B-school I would suggest you to work for 2-4 years after completing your graduation and then opting for MBA.

As per your academic background since you are in class 12th with commerce stream so as per your profile pursuing BBA and B.Com would be the best option for you.
However you may surely pursue BCA as well but this course is best suited for students from science stream.

To become an IAS officer you have to appear in Civil Service Exam.
The Civil Service Examination is organized by UPSC every year to recruit candidate for IAS, IPS etc.
Academic Qualification:
