As you are pursuing your B.com so i guess you should go for M.com as there is a large scope in its masters degree.Post graduates in M.com can look for jobs in private as well as in public sectors. There are lot of scope. do pg dip in journalism from IIMC or ma from jamia mass comm. fyi: must read these two excellent books : "Nuances of Journalistic Writings" (by Raza Elahi, a sr journalist). It has example-based approach. It has got good reviews for quality of contents from senior journalists

After B.Com you can apply for PGDM/MBA from a reputed institute that has good placements in the banking sector. One college that i would like to suggest is mentioned below. They have tie ups with icici bank, axis bank, federal bank, SBI, etc regarding placements and internships.
