Both are graduation degree but both are different , you can go for Bcom , that is better than BBA becasue there are less option after BBA as compare to Bcom.

I can suggest you to do Certified management Accountant [CMA] from Institute of Management Accountant [IMA] USA. This certification is valid throughout the world and only 2 papers alone to be cleared. Good Luck

Yes it is a good option to have. Though you need to keep in mind that competition is going to be tough and you need to work hard. Also requirement in the job market is good.

Hi,
If you mean full time MBA or PGDM program then as per your profile it would be difficult for you to get admission in full time MBA or PGDM program, as in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation.
As per your profile I would suggest you to apply for improvement exam and prepare well so that you may score atleast 50% marks in graduation.
The other option for you would be to pursue MBA through distance education, for your reference find below some of the finest universities to pursue MBA through distance education:
