It depends on how UPPSC interprets your B.Com (Hons). If English was your main or Hons. subject during B.Com (which is rare), then you're safe. Otherwise, your MA in English and B.Ed with English should be enough in most cases, but it's best to check the official UPPSC TGT notification or contact them directly for clarification.

Good government integrated BSc BEd colleges in MP are DAVV Indore and RIE Bhopal. Private colleges are Bhabha university Bhopal and IES Group of Institutes. Whereas admissions are quite competitive you have to be careful.

Yes Dr. Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya or also known as Sagar University do have a 4 year type of integrated course of B.Sc. B.Ed. It is a student programme where one has done his 10+2 and has passed in Science stream. The candidate will be admitted and taught according to his/her score in Common University Entrance Test (CUET). You must clear the CUET taking the compulsory domain subjects (e.g. Physics, Chemistry, Biology) and must have obtained the minimum marks in class 12. Central University of Kerala offers five integrated B.Ed degree courses under the Integrated Teacher Education Programme. These include B.A. B.Ed. in English and Economics, B.Sc. The eligibility criteria for B.Ed at RIE Bhubaneswar requires the candidates to pass Bachelor's Degree and/or the Master's degree with at least 50% aggregate in Sciences/Social Sciences/Humanities, Bachelor's in Engineering or Technology with specialization
in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or in any other qualification (50% for reserved category).

The duration of B.Ed course at RIE Bhubaneswar is of two years. Candidates must appear for the CEE exam to take admission in this course at the institute.
