MNRA education college has not declared privately fee symtructure for government quota privately , but similar college's are charging for B.Ed between 17000 to 30000 per year.

Yes, it is completely valid and legal to pursue an M.Com (IGNOU) and a B.Ed (regular) simultaneously, under the current regulations. The University Grants Commission (UGC) under the new guidelines, allows a students to enroll in two degree courses simultaneously, under one condition that one degree should be in regular mode while the other must be in distance/online mode.
