To get into R.V (Rashtreeya Vidyalaya) Teachers College B.Ed. course you typically need a Bachelor/Master with minimum 50% aggregate marks and for (45% for SC/ST/PwBD) .There is no specific cutoff for this college .

No, you cannot pursue a B.Ed through distance model/ODL without an NCTE-approved degree. As per NCTE (National Council for teacher education) guidelines, candidates must have a recognised teaching-related qualification or  teaching experience to enroll in a distance B.Ed program. However, you can purse a regular B.Ed after completing a bachelor's degree (BA, B.Sc, B.Com) with at least 50%  marks from recognised university.

No, it is not possible to get admission to B.Ed at Utkal University without any entrance test. Because Utkal University takes admission on the basis of the marks scored in qualifying exam and entrance test.
