It depends on the institution and its admission requirements; otherwise, there are several universities/colleges in India that are conducting some common entrance tests like the Pharmacy Common Entrance Test and the All India Pharmacy Entrance Exam; however, some private colleges provide direct admission even on the basis of 12th marks for students from NIOS.
This is because NIOS is a recognised board and many such institutions will take your application for that. Check for college which offer no entrance needed may beay are in this category so don't worry,
