I think you must go with your field, that is M.Pharma so that you will be getting everything in depth and also, you will be the master of your own subject.

Candidate must have secured minimum 45% in mandatory subjects to get eligible for the course.
Mandatory Subjects are Physics, Chemistry, English, Biology / Mathematics.

Its cut-off is very high if you are a non-Delhi student. So, you have got 90+ in 12 for general.
