No Urmee, you are not eligible for the course. Candidate must have obtained 50% of marks in 10+2 to get eligible.

You can go for M.Sc in Chemistry, as it is promising both in industrial jobs as well as academics. Pharmacy is also a good option, but then again you will have to give 4 years of study and then you will apply for job. So, it is better to go for 2 years programme, rest it depends on your interest. B.Pharm: 4 Year Under Graduate Course
Eligibility: For admission to B.Pharm Courses, the candidate shall have passed HSCE ( Std. XII, 10+2 pattern) in Science Stream with 45% marks for Open ( 40% for SC/ST/SEBC) in theory only or theory and practical with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with Mathematics/ Biology/Bio-Technology as one of the subject in qualifying examination

As per the WBJEE eligibility criteria for B-Pharmacy, A candidate must have passed 10+2 with PCM or PCB with 45% of aggregate marks in above subjects(For General category) with English as a subject with min. 30% of marks.
Hence Math is not compulsory subject for B-Pharma in WBJEE. So you are eligible for B-Pharma course.

In B.Pharma the merit goes very high. There are chances in last round of counselling.
