Graduates from any stream can apply to a public sector bank as a PO. Every bank recruits its staff through a written test, group discussion and interview. You can go for a common written exam for 19 public sector banks conducted by Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS). There are two processes to get Bank PO jobs, one is through SBI and other is through IBPS. Eligibility for Bank PO exams through SBI.
You should have secured minimum 50% marks in graduation in any discipline from a recognised university. You must have attained the age between 20 to 30. (Age relaxation for SC/ST candidates is 5 years and for OBC candidates is 3 years). Eligibility for Bank PO exams through IBPS-You should have passed graduation in any discipline from a recognised university. There is no percentage criterion. You must have attained the age between 20 to 34. (Age relaxation is provided only for ST/OBC candidates).

If you do from reputed institute like NIPER, then you might get some valuable job or else do not evere think to do B.Pharm, because B.Pharm will cost your around INR 2 Lacs - INR 3 Lacs. Then, definitely you have to do M.Pharm for specialization, which will again cost you around 10 lacs. Now, if you are post graduate in Pharmacy and start looking for job- what you should expect as salary and other benefits? It will be 7k-10k per month as apprentice (means you will not get paid leaves and other benefits). And that's it.
To get promotion, you should start buttering to your managers from the day 1 of your job. If you do not believe in buttering/polishing then please forget about promotion. If you want to switch from one company to another company- you will need strong referral. This may be the case for every industry, but this is unique because you will get 7k-10kper month.
If you want to go for some different courses like Clinical Research, Pharm D Pharma MBA then again same story. So do not expect that if you will do different from others you will get different benefits, Industry remains the same.
Again, I am stating that if you will do from reputed institute then only you can satisfy yourself with education, job and may be life.
Please do not go to any random college, do research again, and again after all, it's all about your life satisfaction.
