Admission to the first 50% of the B.Tech seats in HPTU shall be made on the basis of merit/rank/score obtained in JEE (Main)-2018. The remaining 50% seats will be filled up on the basis of merit of HPCET-2018.

Admission is based on the marks obtained in qualifying exam. The student needs to score a minimum of 50% in 12th, which you already have.

If you want to become a pharmacist in Indian Army, then it will not be an officer's job.
Actually, for joining Indian Army as a pharmacist, you only need a Diploma in Pharmacy with registration in PCI. You are also eligible as you have done B.Pharma but you must have the registration in Pharmacy Council Of India.
The notification is announced from time to time when there is a vacancy for pharmacists in Indian Army. You have to apply on the prescribed application format for the post. It will not be an office job.

If you want to apply for B.Pharma, you have to fill the form for it on the website. Then confirm your documents from the ARC center.
Then wait for eligibility CAP merit list.
Once the list is declared, then fill the colleges which you want on priority in CAP round.
Wait for CAP results of colleges. After that, check in which college your name is displayed, and take the admission in that college.
You have to follow the above procedure when you have given the entrance test.
