Yes, you can take admission in CSJMU.

You can go, as per your preference. But from my opinion, you should go for Pune. You will get a better environment, better experience.

Hello Mayank, As per your rank, you will get a private college, but you can try for the core branches in the top private colleges. You will definitely get the core branch in one of the top 3 private college.

The packages depends upon your knowledge of the subject, your presentation/communication skills and your "thinking on your feet" skills. It is almost same for all the branches except for the knowledge in subject part. I'll suggest you to work hard and gain the knowledge, enhance your communication skills and grow up your network.
