It depends on where your interest lies. Since it is not possible to go for Masters in pharmacy with your qualification, it is almost mandatory to complete Bachelor's in pharmacy. The eligibility conditions for Masters in pharmacy are:
1. Candidates who have passed Bachelor of Pharmacy Programme with not less than 50% of marks, of any recognised University or any other Institute equivalent thereto the University, are eligible for admission to the Master of Pharmacy Programmes.
2. For SC/ST candidates, the eligibility is a pass in the B.Pharm. degree Programme.
