General MA would give you access to all the aspects of the business world like finance, marketing, etc. If you want to have scope of going into a different field than Pharmacy then go for General MA, but if you want to excel in Pharmacy, you must go for Pharma MA as this will help you grow in the Pharma Industry. It is your choice :)

D.Pharm is a Diploma course of 2 years after your class 12th science, you can finish the degree and open your own medical store or get a job of a salesperson who can get an average salary around 10K. B.Pharm is a better education in the pharmaceuticals where you will get a Bachelor's degree and become eligible for M.Pharm.

Hi,
There are various parameters on which you decide the college as best. As I am not aware of your criteria I could just name a few best private colleges and you can have a detailed research about them and decide accordingly.
Some of them are:
Manipal College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Manipal
JSS College of Pharmacy, Ooty
Bombay College of Pharmacy, Mumbai
Nirma University, Ahmedabad

B.Pharmacy is a degree. D.Pharmacy is a Diploma. D.Pharm will fetch you both equal and better opportunities than D.Pharma. People after completing D.Pharm take lateral entry in the 2nd year, B.Pharm. Please go for B.Pharma if you want to choose between these 2. B.Pharm is a 4-year course and D.Pharma is a 2-year course.
