Dear Gaurav Kumar,
It is completely your decision. If you want to go more technically with pharma go for M.Pharm, if not go for MBA, where you can go for production management or marketing management, etc.

Engineering has been an evergreen glamourous field, but now it’s all about colleges. You have to face a tough competition in order to get through from a good college. On the other hand, B.Pharma is an easy branch to pursue and you have good scope.
