B.Pharm is better but Pharm. D is the best choice in pharmacy you can even do clinical practice.

Both of them are completely different fields. It depends on your interest.

Normally for B Pharm, PCB is considered as the eligibility, but for B.Tech, PCM with 50% aggregate and clearance of state/national level entrance examinations is a requirement. Some deemed universities conduct their own entrance examinations for B.Tech admissions.
