This provides several alternatives to get an admission in a B.Sc Agriculture course without having registered for the CUET examination. For starters, take into account the eligibility criteria required by the colleges that attract you. These generally comprise passing Class 12, Science stream with subjects including Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, alongside a minimum aggregate of 50%. Many colleges admit directly considering the Class 12 scores. With a KCET rank of 30,468 in Agriculture and 1,977 in Agriculture practicals, you stand quite a good chance of entry into some of the top colleges in Karnataka in Round 1. It'll all depend on the type of college, their past trends, and if the candidate is flexible with different branches under agriculture or even other sister fields. Keeping an ear for college-specific seat availability notice would be a good idea.

Mizoram University does not offer a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Agriculture. However, it provides related programs such as M.Sc. in Horticulture, Aromatic & Medicinal Plants, and M.Sc. in Forestry.

For B.Sc. Agriculture, you might consider the College of Agriculture in Thenzawl, Mizoram, which is affiliated with the Central Agricultural University, Imphal.

Additionally, the Department of Higher and Technical Education, Mizoram, lists several institutions offering B.Sc. Agriculture seats for Mizoram residents under the State Medical and Technical Entrance Examination (SMATEE) seat matrix.

Generally, eligibility for NIMCET (NIT MCA Common Entrance Test) is to have a bachelor's degree in any discipline with Mathematics or Statistics as one of the subjects studied at 10+2 level or in graduation. Since you are pursuing a B.Sc Agriculture and you have done Elementary Statistics and Applied Maths in the first semester, so you qualify for Mathematics requirement. The other general requirement for candidates would be to obtain at least 50% marks in the qualifying degree. Requirements do vary slightly among NITs, hence it would be advisable to visit the official NIMCET website to know the exact eligibility criteria.
