The eligibility criteria for BHU B.Ed is Candidates must have a Bachelors degree with at least 50% marks from any recognised University. Candidates must have a Masters Degree with 50% marks from a recognised institution. Candidates with a B.E/B.Tech degree (in Mathematics) with 55% marks are eligible to apply for B.Ed.
