You can either opt for B.Sc. Medical which comprises of Chemistry botany and Zoology or B.Sc. Non Medical which comprises of Physics Chemistry and Maths.

The eligibility criteria for BHU B.Ed is Candidates must have a Bachelors degree with at least 50% marks from any recognised University. Candidates must have a Masters Degree with 50% marks from a recognised institution. Candidates with a B.E/B.Tech degree (in Mathematics) with 55% marks are eligible to apply for B.Ed. Both are undergraduate courses of 3-year duration and offer in-depth knowledge in the fields of Biology, Botany, Zoology etc. Although these two courses are similar, there are differences between them in terms of the syllabus and the course curriculum.
