The placements opportunities for BSc are less compared with engineering or management graduates. However, you have done BSc in computer science and hence, I feel, you have a great chance of getting job via placements. On top of it, you are studying in Christ University which has reputation of having a very good placement cell. I feel, you will get good employment via this placement cell of the Christ University.

Yes, B.Sc in Computer Science is a good course, you get to study many new subjects which are in demand now-a-days for example- Artificial Intelligence, Machine learning etc. It is a three year course and as it is an undergraduate course you have to pursue some specialization course after it. Yes, you can surely do MBA in HR. I suggest you to prepare for CAT or XAT. As top colleges select on the basis of score of these exams. Best college for MBA in HR is XLRI Jamshedpur.
