Presently, you are doing B.Sc in Computer Science and are in the 2nd year. Now you want to know if M.Sc. Computer Science subject is available in Jan exam. Right? Frankly your query is not very clear but still I will try to answer what I understood. Let me explain to you. After you complete your B.Sc. Then you become eligible for M.Sc. Now, normally speaking, in a majority of colleges in India the session begins in July or August and exams are conducted in the month of April to June. If someone fails this exam then supplementary exam is conducted normally in December. So M.Sc. Exam for any subject including computer Scienc

Why aren't you seeking admission for B.Tech in CS (lateral entry)? You will get admission in the 2nd year. In case of B.Tech, you will get a degree within three years same as in case of B.Sc (CS). But remember here that B.Tech (CS) has more weightage than B.Sc (CS).
The following are the few colleges offering B.Tech (CS) courses through lateral entry:
1. Noida Institute of Engineering and Technology, Greater Noida
2. IEC Group of Institutions, Greater Noida
3. Galgotias University, Greater Noida
4. Amity University, Noida
