Why aren't you seeking admission for B.Tech in CS (lateral entry)? You will get admission in the 2nd year. In case of B.Tech, you will get a degree within three years same as in case of B.Sc (CS). But remember here that B.Tech (CS) has more weightage than B.Sc (CS).
The following are the few colleges offering B.Tech (CS) courses through lateral entry:
1. Noida Institute of Engineering and Technology, Greater Noida
2. IEC Group of Institutions, Greater Noida
3. Galgotias University, Greater Noida
4. Amity University, Noida
However, I am also giving the list of few colleges offering B.Sc (CS) but remember here that you will not get any benefit of your Diploma course.

Hi, There are very big difference between B.Tech (CS) and B.Sc (CS). the few of them are listed under :-
1. B.Tech is a practical and skill knowledge oriented 4 years programme, while B.Sc (CS) is theory based 3 years programme.
2. B.Tech admission are based on JEE Main/ Advance and other entrance tests, while B.Sc admission are based on merit (12th marks).
3. B.Tech (CS) have higher level and exposure in market in comparison to B.Sc (CS).
4. B.Tech (CS) students are eligible to participate in Graduate aptitude test in engineering (GATE) for jobs of PSUs and government. While B.Sc (CS) have no such options.
5. B.Tech (CS) students are eligible to participate in IES (Indian engineers services) of UPSC, While B.Sc (CS) have no such options. Further yours 12th marks are not enough to get admission in IITs or NITs, because these requires 75% aggregate if belongs to general category. So in my opinion you have to seek for other options like NIFT, NID and hotel management courses. Good Luck
