You can do B.Sc Computer Science from SRM University. But SRM is a big university and is a heavy budget college. According to me, you should do B.Sc from a mid-budget college and do your M.Sc or MCA from SRM.

B.Sc IT (Information Technology) is also a three-year undergraduate course. In this course, students are trained to perform well in computer applications and Software. This course aims to provide better knowledge in core subjects like operating systems, data structure and database applications

The decision would depend on your long-term career goals. In case you intend to pursue a career on the technical /programming side then MCA will be more suitable. In case, you intend to explore a career in general management then an MBA would be more effective.

Better would be to try for admission in good universities like Lovely Professional University, Christ University, Periyar university, etc. Where you would be able to meet the eligibility criteria. All these universities have wonderful infrastructure and world-class facilities. LPU offers good placements and handsome scholarships too.
Good luck.
