CS have equal value when compared with IT. But, in CS you will learn both hardware and software and it is more based upon basics. In case of IT, you will learn about applications and software that is its more application oriented. But, I would prefer CS personally.

They will consider aggregate percentage of your class 12th. B.Sc with CS branch, you can take easily. You should have good command in CS that will make you more efficient in future. Thank You.

B.Sc Computer Science is not equivalent to B.Tech because, in B.Tech, you study more subjects than B.Sc. But you can still get a job on what you have studied.
