Every course and stream has its own benefits. It depends upon the student and that which course he chooses. BCA and B.Sc. IT both are good options, if you are interested in computer applications and all. When it comes to B.Sc. CS, it is a more academic course, which focuses on the theoretical part and hardware-related.

CS have equal value when compared with IT. But, in CS you will learn both hardware and software and it is more based upon basics. In case of IT, you will learn about applications and software that is its more application oriented. But, I would prefer CS personally.

B.Sc Computer Science is not equivalent to B.Tech because, in B.Tech, you study more subjects than B.Sc. But you can still get a job on what you have studied.
